Can several schools be managed from one account?
Yes. Each school is an operating site, with its own estate and its own manager. The Pro plan covers five, the Business plan an unlimited number. Management sees everything; each site manager sees only their own.
Can a teacher read the inventory without being able to change it?
Yes. An account can be created with a limited role: reading records and reporting faults, without editing the register or reaching billing. The role is set at the moment of the invitation.
What about furniture, which has little accounting value?
The purchase price is optional. A table, a whiteboard or an overhead projector are recorded, labelled and located like everything else, even with no value entered.
