Yes. The Free plan is free with no time limit: up to 20 assets, 1 user and 1 site. No bank card is asked for at sign-up, and you also get 14 days of the Pro plan to try the advanced modules.
Payment is made in FCFA by Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money, or by Visa and Mastercard in US dollars — $25 a month. Either way, you enter your details with our payment provider, K-Pay, never on ItemScale. Paying yearly gives you two months free.
The Business plan lets you install an instance of ItemScale directly on your company's server. The inventory stays readable and editable without a connection; as soon as the network returns, the data synchronises with our servers.
Yes. The bulk import accepts an .xlsx file: you map your columns to ItemScale attributes, and the whole inventory is created with its asset IDs and QR codes. On the Business plan, our team can take the migration on.
Yes. The standard format is 6 × 3 cm, printable as a sheet on A4 adhesive paper with an office printer, or one at a time on a thermal label printer.
Entirely. Each organisation has its own isolated space, and you can export all of your data at any time (Excel, PDF). If you leave, we provide a complete extract before anything is deleted.
One on the Free plan, ten on Pro, and an unlimited number on Business. Invitations go out by email with a role attached: organisation admin, site manager, technician or standard user.
