Does ItemScale guarantee our regulatory compliance?
No, and saying otherwise would be lying to you. ItemScale does not know your sector's obligations: you are the one who enters the inspection due dates. What it brings is that they are not forgotten, and that the history asked for during an inspection exists and can be exported.
Is our patient health data involved?
No. ItemScale records equipment only: devices, furniture, vehicles. No patient data enters it, and the register is not meant to receive any.
Who can read the audit log?
The organisation admin, on the Business plan. The log records the actions taken on the register — creations, edits, deletions, role changes — with their author and their date.
